Turkey Sushi Sandwich

Bee's got a teething baby at home, two meetings before 10 am, and zero time for fuss. Her secret weapon? A crispy, creamy TURKEY SUSHI SANDWICH that packs like a wrap, eats like sushi and hits like a flavour bomb.

🛒 INGREDIENTS (1 serve):


  • 40g cooked sushi rice

  • 5ml sushi seasoning

  • 1 rice paper sheet

  • 1 nori sheet

  • 50g D'Orsogna Shaved Turkey

  • 50g avocado, sliced

  • 50g cucumber, julienned

  • 5g sriracha mayo

  • 2g furikake (optional, but magic)



👩‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE IT:


  1. Mix cooked rice with sushi seasoning and let it cool.

  2. Dip rice paper in lukewarm water for 15 secs — soft but still foldable.

  3. Lay rice paper on a board, then place nori on top (shiny side down).

  4. Layer the fillings in this order:

    • Cucumber

    • Sushi rice

    • D'Orsogna Shaved Turkey

    • Avocado, sriracha mayo, and a sprinkle of furikake

  5. Fold into a neat square.

  6. Lightly spray a non-stick pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

  7. Slice, serve, and watch it vanish. (Bonus: dip in soy or extra sriracha mayo)
