Easy Cabanossi Triangle Pizza

Can you imagine a snack this quick and delicious? It is giving lazy pizza night… but make it clever.




🛒 INGREDIENTS (Serves 1):


For the triangle pizza:

  • 1 large flour tortilla, gluten-free if preferred

  • 3 @dorsognasmallgoods Cabanossi, halved lengthways

  • ½ tomato, thinly sliced

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella

  • 3 to 4 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tbsp finely sliced fresh spring onions


For the crust:

  • 1 tbsp egg wash

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


👩‍🍳 STEP BY STEP:

  1. Place the cabanossi halves along the three edges of the tortilla to create a triangle shape.

  2. Fold each side in, rolling the tortilla over the cabanossi to create a stuffed crust. Secure with toothpicks.

  3. Crack the egg into the centre, then add mozzarella, tomato slices, cherry tomatoes and spring onions.

  4. Optional: Brush the crust with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds over the edges.

  5. Air fry at 190°C for 10 to 12 minutes until golden and the egg is cooked to your liking.

  6. Remove the toothpicks and serve warm while the cheese is melty and the yolk is perfectly runny.


This easy tortilla pizza recipe is perfect for a quick dinner, a quick lunch, or even a weekend brunch. Minimal prep, maximum flavour.
