Spooky Pepperoni Pizza

We know… everyone’s going Halloween crazy, and so are we! 🎃 Meet the Spooky Pepperoni Pizza, guaranteed to leave your guests breathless. The real star is that rich, mouth-watering @dorsognasmallgoods pepperoni that brings every bite to life!



🛒 INGREDIENTS


For the dough:

  • 160 g Greek yogurt

  • 250 g flour (any type you love, I used GF)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • A pinch of salt

  • A splash of water


For the toppings:

  • Crushed tomatoes

  • Salt and pepper

  • White mushrooms (for spooky skulls)

  • @dorsognasmallgoods pepperoni

  • Bocconcini (for eyeballs)

  • Black olive slices (iris)

  • Pesto Gouda

  • Fresh oregano



👩‍🍳 STEP-BY-STEP:


  1. Mix Greek yogurt, flour, olive oil, salt, and a little water until a smooth dough forms.


  2. Shape into a ball and let it rest.


  3. Press into a disc with your fingertips, leaving a nice thick crust edge.


  4. Carve your mushroom skulls using a knife and chopstick for that spooky touch.


  5. Spread crushed tomatoes, season, and top with the skulls, pepperoni, bocconcini eyeballs, Pesto Gouda, and oregano.


  6. Bake until golden, bubbling, and hauntingly delicious.
