Upgrade your breakfast with this waffle with cheese dough and prosciutto. Crispy edges, gooey cheese inside, and all the fresh toppings to make it a café-style brunch at home… and the best part? It’s gluten-free!




🛒 INGREDIENTS (Serves 2–3):


  • 1 large egg

  • ⅓ cup olive oil

  • ⅔ cup milk

  • 1 ½ cups tapioca starch

  • 1 cup grated cheese (Parmesan + mozzarella)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 sliced tomato

  • 1 sliced avocado

  • @dorsognasmallgoods prosciutto

  • A handful of sprouts

  • Balsamic glaze



👩‍🍳 STEP-BY-STEP:


  1. Blend egg, olive oil, milk, tapioca starch, cheese and salt until smooth.


  2. Pour into a hot waffle maker and cook until golden and crispy.


  3. Pile high with tomato, avocado, silky prosciutto, sprouts and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
