Bacon Swirl Burger

Spoiler alert: you’re gonna drool. Try this smoky, juicy, and cheesy BACON SWIRL BURGER.




🛒 INGREDIENTS (1 burger):


  • 3 strips @dorsognasmallgoods Streaky Bacon

  • 100g beef mince

  • Smoky meat rub

  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese

  • Chipotle mayo

  • Lettuce, tomato, red onion

  • 1 burger bun (toasted, obviously)



👨‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE IT:


  1. Lay out the bacon strips slightly overlapping.

  2. Spread the beef mince in a thin, even layer across the bacon.

  3. Roll it up tightly into a swirl, placing the seam side down. Season generously all over.

  4. Sear in a hot pan, until browned. Flip, top with cheddar, and cover to melt.

  5. Build your burger: bottom bun → chipotle mayo → lettuce → tomato → the swirl patty → red onion → top bun.

  6. Slice it in half. Stare at that cross-section. Spoiler alert: you’re gonna drool.
