Watch Video 🛒 INGREDIENTS (1 burger): 3 strips @dorsognasmallgoods Streaky Bacon 100g beef mince Smoky meat rub 2 slices of cheddar cheese Chipotle mayo Lettuce, tomato, red onion 1 burger bun (toasted, obviously) 👨🍳 HOW TO MAKE IT: Lay out the bacon strips slightly overlapping. Spread the beef mince in a thin, even layer across the bacon


Turkey Burger with Spicy Sliced Chorizo
Here’s a challenge this Italian isn’t scared of: burgers! But with some Italian attitude! It’s World Burger Day — and we’re celebrating with a Turkey Burger with spicy sliced chorizo! Watch Video 🛒 INGREDIENTS: (Makes two burgers): For the patties: 250g turkey mince 1 garlic clove, minced ½ tsp smoked paprika ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper 1 tbsp grated parmigiano Lemon zest (just a bit!) 1 tbsp olive oil (for frying) For the crispy chorizo: 6 thin slices of D’Orsogna salami
