Savoury Sandwich Cake

A cake version for the savoury team!

š INGREDIENTS:
White sandwich bread (crusts off)
200g cream cheese
4 tbsp mayo
@dorsognasmallgoods Champagne Ham (sliced)
D'Orsogna Cacciatore Salami (sliced or chopped)
Sliced cheese (cheddar, Swiss, provolone ā whatever you love)
2 boiled eggs (chopped)
Green olives (chopped)
Extra cream cheese for topping
Optional: cherry tomatoes, rolled ham, olives, herbs
šØāš³ STEP-BY-STEP:
Cut the crusts off your bread (save them for breadcrumbs!).
Mix cream cheese and mayo until smooth and spreadable.
Layer up your cake: bread ā spread ā fillings ā like ham & cheese, cacciatore & cheese, eggs & olives. Repeat!
Stop when itās birthday-cake tall.
Trim the sides with a sharp knife to make it neat. (Offcuts = chefās snack).
Pipe cream cheese on top like frosting.
Decorate with your favourite toppings: ham rolls, herbs, egg slices ā go wild.
Chill for one hour before slicing. Or donāt. Itās your party.
