Salami Sushi

Perfect for your next charcuterie board. And yes… the salami is the secret ingredient that steals the show.




🛒 INGREDIENTS:

  • 150g @dorsognasmallgoods Salami Romano

  • Cling wrap

  • 250g cream cheese block

  • Handful of pistachios, chopped


👩‍🍳 STEP BY STEP:

  1. Layer it up: On a sheet of cling wrap, neatly overlap the Salami Romano slices to form a rectangle.

  2. Add the filling: Place the block of cream cheese on top.

  3. Roll and flatten: Cover with another sheet of cling wrap and use a rolling pin to gently flatten and spread the cream cheese evenly.

  4. Add crunch: Remove the top layer of cling wrap and sprinkle over chopped pistachios.

  5. Roll it tight: Using the cling wrap to help you, roll it up firmly into a log. Remove any excess cling wrap.

  6. Slice and serve: Cut into sushi-style pieces and serve immediately.
