🛒 INGREDIENTS:
150g @dorsognasmallgoods Salami Romano
Cling wrap
250g cream cheese block
Handful of pistachios, chopped
👩🍳 STEP BY STEP:
Layer it up: On a sheet of cling wrap, neatly overlap the Salami Romano slices to form a rectangle.
Add the filling: Place the block of cream cheese on top.
Roll and flatten: Cover with another sheet of cling wrap and use a rolling pin to gently flatten and spread the cream cheese evenly.
Add crunch: Remove the top layer of cling wrap and sprinkle over chopped pistachios.
Roll it tight: Using the cling wrap to help you, roll it up firmly into a log. Remove any excess cling wrap.
Slice and serve: Cut into sushi-style pieces and serve immediately.
