Mini Pies with Chilli & Cheese Cabanossi

The ultimate easy party snack recipe!
These golden puff pastry mini pies are packed with smoky cabanossi, melty cheddar and sautéed veggies. Perfect for footy nights, entertaining or whenever you’re craving a quick cheesy bite.

🛒 INGREDIENTS (Makes 6–8 mini pies):
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 green capsicum, finely chopped
150 g @dorsognasmallgoods Chilli & Cheese Cabanossi, diced
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 sheets puff pastry (cut into large discs for bases + small discs for lids)
👩🍳 STEP-BY-STEP:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and capsicum with a little salt and pepper until softened.
Add the cabanossi and cook until golden and fragrant.
Cut puff pastry into discs. Place the large discs in your pie maker, fill with the cabanossi mixture and cheddar cheese.
Top with smaller pastry discs, seal, and cook for 10 minutes until golden, crispy and cheesy.
