Loaded Hot Dogs

It’s Chile’s ultimate loaded hot dog (they call them “completos”) — and once you try it, there’s no going back.




🛒 INGREDIENTS (for 2 hot dogs):


  • 6 @dorsognasmallgoods Frankfurts (boiled, casings removed)

  • 3 soft hot dog buns or rolls

  • 2 ripe avocados, smashed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 small tomatoes, diced

  • Salt & pepper

  • Mayo & chilli sauce (or ketchup)



👩‍🍳 STEP-BY-STEP:


  1. Smash the avocados with olive oil, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy.

  2. Dice the tomatoes and season with a little salt and pepper.

  3. Boil the Frankfurts in hot water for 5 minutes, then remove the casings for a softer bite.

  4. Warm the buns, then layer with 3 Frankfurts each, followed by the tomato mix and avocado spread.

  5. Finish with generous zigzags of mayo and your favourite chilli or tomato sauce.



Makes three seriously loaded “Completo” Chileno-style dogs — messy, bold, and ridiculously satisfying!
