Hash Brown Bacon Cups to Fix Your Boring Breakfasts.
Tired of eating the same thing every morning? Try these. Crispy hash browns turned into cups, filled with melty brie, sweet strawberry jam and maple bacon… it sounds wrong, but it works!

🛒 INGREDIENTS:
Frozen hash browns
D'Orsogna Maple Glazed Streaky Bacon
Maple syrup
Brie cheese
Strawberry jam
Fresh parsley
👩🍳 STEP BY STEP:
Add the hash browns and streaky bacon to a large oven tray, drizzle the bacon with maple syrup and bake until golden and crispy.
Transfer the hash browns into a muffin tray, gently break them up and press them down with a small glass to form little cups.
Bake again until the hash brown cups are deep golden and crispy around the edges.
Fill each cup with brie, a teaspoon of strawberry jam and chopped maple bacon.
Return to the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and gooey.
Finish with chopped parsley and a little extra drizzle of maple syrup, then serve hot.
Crispy potato, melty brie, sweet jam and smoky maple bacon all in one bite. It makes no sense until you try it!
