Bringing guests for Halloween? Here’s an amusing idea inspired by OOGIE BOOGIE from The Nightmare Before Christmas! This spooky snack board is packed with bold flavours and premium meats from @dorsognasmallgoods.

🛒 INGREDIENTS:
D’Orsogna Prosciutto
D’Orsogna Cabannosi
D’Orsogna Csabai Salami
Bocconcini and black olives
Honey with red and blue food colouring
Cherry tomatoes and baby carrots
Chips and purple sweet potato crisps
👩🍳 STEP BY STEP:
Mix honey with red food colouring to create fake “blood.” Spread it over thin slices of Prosciutto for a fleshy effect.
Use bocconcini with olive slices for creepy eyes.
Make “fingers” using the cabannosi. Boil for 5 minutes, slice lines for knuckles, and brush with honey blood.
Coat Csabai Salami in a darker “bloody” mix by adding a drop of blue colouring.
Arrange it all spilling from OOGIE BOOGIE’s mouth with chips, tomatoes, carrots and your favourite snacks.
A twisted mix of flavour and fright. Bold, meaty and terrifyingly good. Perfect for a Halloween feast no one will forget.
