🛒 INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 cup of polenta (follow package instructions)

  • D’Orsogna Tasty Sticks, sliced

  • Grana Padano cheese, grated

  • Oil for frying


👩‍🍳 STEP-BY-STEP:


  1. Prepare the polenta according to the package instructions until thick and creamy. Spread half of the cooked polenta evenly in a lined baking tray.


  2. Layer the Tasty Sticks: Arrange D’Orsogna Tasty Sticks over the polenta, then cover with the remaining polenta, spreading it evenly.


  3. Cool and Slice: Allow it to cool completely, remove it from the tray and slice it into thick sticks.


  4. Finish with Cheese: While hot, sprinkle with grated Grana Padano for a cheesy finish.


  5. Fry Until Golden: Heat oil in a pan and fry the sticks until they are crispy and golden on all sides.
