Quick & Easy Broccoli & Chicken Bake

š INGREDIENTS:
2 broccoli stems, finely chopped
3 carrots, grated
160g D'Orsogna Shaved Chicken, diced
150g mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 large eggs
Salt & black pepper, to taste
š©āš³ STEP-BY-STEP:
Chop the broccoli into small pieces and grate the carrots. Dice the D'Orsogna Shaved Chicken into small chunks.
Pop the dish into a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for around 30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
Crack the eggs directly into the dish. Season with salt and pepper, then give everything a good mix until well combined.
Scatter the shredded mozzarella evenly on top, making sure everything is nicely covered.

Take it out, let it cool for a few minutes, slice it up, and serve it hot.
