Quick & Easy Broccoli & Chicken Bake



šŸ›’ INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 broccoli stems, finely chopped

  • 3 carrots, grated

  • 160g D'Orsogna Shaved Chicken, diced

  • 150g mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 6 large eggs

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste


šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ STEP-BY-STEP:


  1. Chop the broccoli into small pieces and grate the carrots. Dice the D'Orsogna Shaved Chicken into small chunks.


  2. Pop the dish into a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for around 30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.


  3. Crack the eggs directly into the dish. Season with salt and pepper, then give everything a good mix until well combined.


  4. Scatter the shredded mozzarella evenly on top, making sure everything is nicely covered.


  5. Pop the dish into a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for around 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.


  6. Take it out, let it cool for a few minutes, slice it up, and serve it hot.


It's an excellent option for a quick and nutritious dinner!
