Brie and Turkey Quesadilla

Try this brie and turkey quesadilla— it’s a flavour explosion in your mouth.

Melty brie, juicy sliced turkey, and cranberry jam grilled into a golden quesadilla — cosy and ready in minutes




INGREDIENTS (Makes 2 quesadillas):


  • 4 flour tortillas

  • 200g @dorsognasmallgoods turkey sliced

  • 100g brie cheese, sliced

  • 3 tbsp cranberry jam

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)



STEP-BY-STEP:


  1. Prep the filling: Slice the brie and spread cranberry jam on one side of each tortilla.


  2. Assemble: On one tortilla half, layer turkey slices and top with brie. Place the second tortilla on top, jam side down. Press gently.


  3. Grill: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook the quesadilla for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy, with melted brie inside.


  4. Serve & enjoy: Let it rest for 1–2 minutes, then slice into wedges. Optional: serve with lemon wedges for a fresh twist.



💡 Pro tip: Add a few thin apple slices for extra crunch and flavour.
