Bresaola & Grilled Peach Salad

Grill your fruit. Trust us. Once peaches hit the grill, salads stop being boring, and this easy recipe proves it.
This grilled peach and bresaola salad is sweet, salty, creamy and just a little spicy. Perfect as a light lunch, an easy dinner side, or when you want something fresh that still feels special.

🛒 INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe peaches, halved and stoned
Olive oil
2 handfuls of rocket
6 slices D'Orsogna Premium Artisan Bresaola
1 ball burrata
Small bunch of fresh basil
2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
For the dressing:
3 tbsp chilli olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp smoked honey
👩🍳 STEP BY STEP:
Grill the peaches: Brush peaches with olive oil and grill until caramelised and lightly smoky.
Mix the dressing: Whisk all dressing ingredients together while the peaches are still warm.
Build the salad: Spread rocket on a platter and place burrata in the centre.
Layer it up: Add bresaola, grilled peaches, basil and pine nuts.
Finish strong: Drizzle with the dressing and serve straight away.
