Bacon Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS (makes 6-8):


For the filling:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs

  • Salt, pepper & paprika

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 sausages (your fave!)

STEP-BY-STEP:


1. Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes. Peel, halve and scoop out the yolks.

2. Pan-fry the sausages and break them up until browned.

3. Blend the yolks with sausage, mayo and seasonings until smooth.

4. Cook a small pancake, let it cool, then crumble it into small pieces.

5. Fry the bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.

6. Pipe or spoon the filling into the egg white halves.

7. Top with pancake crumble and a piece of crispy bacon.

8. Optional: drizzle with maple syrup for a sweet & salty kick.
