Sweet Chilli Ham & Cheese Scrolls

The easiest lunch or snack. Fluffy, golden and full of flavour, these homemade scrolls are the ultimate quick and easy snack option. Perfect for lunchboxes, picnics or weekend baking with the family.



INGREDIENTS


Dough:

  • 1 cup self-raising flour

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt

  • Pinch of salt


Filling:

  • 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

  • ½ packet @dorsognasmallgoods free range ham off the bone, roughly chopped

  • 1 cup grated cheese

  • ½ packet chives, finely chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste



STEP BY STEP


1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a tray with baking paper.


2. Mix flour, yoghurt and salt to form a dough. Knead lightly for 1 minute until smooth.


3. Roll into a rectangle about 1 cm thick. Spread sweet chilli sauce, then top with cheese, ham, chives, salt and pepper.


4. Roll up tightly from the long side, slice into 8 to 10 scrolls and arrange on the tray.


5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve warm and watch them disappear.
