If you love a viral ham and cheese moment with a twist, these rice paper pinwheels are about to become your new obsession. It is an easy recipe that works for a quick dinner, a snack, or an air fryer win when you want maximum crunch with minimal effort. Pro tip: make two because one will not survive.




🛒 INGREDIENTS (Makes 2 pinwheels):

  • 6 rice paper sheets

  • 2 eggs

  • 200 g D'Orsogna Shaved Honey Ham

  • 8 slices Swiss cheese

  • Sesame seeds


👩‍🍳 STEP BY STEP:

  1. Lightly beat the eggs in a shallow bowl.

  2. Dip each rice paper quickly into the egg until soft but not soggy.

  3. Layer 3 rice papers slightly overlapping to form a rectangle. Repeat for the second pinwheel.

  4. Add the honey leg ham first, then top with Swiss cheese.

  5. Roll tightly into a pinwheel and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  6. Air fry at 190°C for 10 minutes until golden, crispy, and the cheese is melting inside.
