It is an easy recipe that works for a quick dinner, a snack, or an air fryer win when you want maximum crunch with minimal effort. Pro tip: make two because one will not survive.

🛒 INGREDIENTS (Makes 2 pinwheels):
6 rice paper sheets
2 eggs
200 g D'Orsogna Shaved Honey Ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
Sesame seeds
👩🍳 STEP BY STEP:
Lightly beat the eggs in a shallow bowl.
Dip each rice paper quickly into the egg until soft but not soggy.
Layer 3 rice papers slightly overlapping to form a rectangle. Repeat for the second pinwheel.
Add the honey leg ham first, then top with Swiss cheese.
Roll tightly into a pinwheel and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
