Craving something a little unexpected? These Hot Honey Bacon Pesto Gnocchi are a bold twist on a classic… and honestly, it just works!


A little fusion moment you didn’t know you needed. Creamy pesto, crispy bacon, soft gnocchi… sweet, salty, herby goodness in every bite.



🛒 INGREDIENTS (Serves 2 to 3):

  • 500 g La Tosca Fresh Gnocchi

  • 200 g @dorsognasmallgoods Hot Honey Streaky Bacon

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Pine nuts

  • Grated Parmesan cheese

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper


👩‍🍳 STEP BY STEP:

  1. Add basil, pine nuts, Parmesan and olive oil into a blender and blend until a smooth pesto forms.

  2. Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy and golden, then set aside while keeping the pan with all the flavour.

  3. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float to the top, then drain.

  4. Add the gnocchi straight into the bacon pan and toss through the crispy bits to soak up all that flavour.

  5. Add the pesto and gently toss everything together until coated and glossy.

  6. Plate up and finish with extra Parmesan and cracked pepper.
