Hawaiian Crumpet Bake

With this cooler weather, we’ve been craving something warm and a little fun — and this Hawaiian Crumpet Bake has been my go-to brunch treat lately.


Serves 1 for 11 WeightWatchers points



🛒 INGREDIENTS (1 serve):


  • 2 crumpets, halved

  • 2 tsp pizza sauce

  • 3 slices @dorsognasmallgoods Low-Fat Champagne Ham

  • 3 pineapple ring halves (tinned)

  • 3 red onion rings, thinly sliced

  • 25g low-fat grated cheese

  • 1/2 tsp pizza topper seasoning



👩🏽‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE IT:


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Spread pizza sauce onto the cut sides of your crumpets.

  3. Stand one crumpet half in a 600ml ovenproof dish.

  4. On a flat slice of ham, place half a pineapple ring and some onion, then fold over like a little sandwich.

  5. Stand this “sandwich” next to the crumpet in the dish. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

  6. Sprinkle cheese and pizza topper seasoning on top.

  7. Bake for 15 mins or until golden, melty and irresistible
