Halloween Charcuterie Board

Something terrifying just crawled out of my kitchen, and it’s hungry. Impress everyone with this Halloween Charcuterie Board!



🛒 INGREDIENTS:


  • 250g cream cheese

  • Fresh chives, dill and parsley (finely chopped)

  • Cheese strings (for the fingers)

  • @dorsognasmallgoods Prosciutto for that terrifyingly realistic “skin”

  • Bocconcini balls

  • Black olives

  • Blackberries and grapes

  • Crackers and carrots

  • Honey mixed with a few drops of red food colouring



👩‍🍳 STEP BY STEP:


  1. Mix the cream cheese with the herbs to create the “flesh.”


  2. Shape two creepy hands and use cheese strings for the fingers.


  3. Wrap each hand completely in thin slices of D’Orsogna Prosciutto to give them that disturbingly authentic look.


  4. Cover a plastic skull with more prosciutto and add bocconcini eyes with olive pupils.


  5. Arrange everything on your board with “graveyard” snacks such as blackberries, grapes, crackers, carrots and extra bocconcini eyeballs.


  6. Mix honey with a few drops of red food colouring and drizzle for a gruesomely delicious “bloody” finish.



A mix of horror and flavour, creepy, meaty and hauntingly good. Perfect for Halloween parties or anyone brave enough to snack after dark.
