Crispy chicken taquitos you can’t stop eating 🌮🔥


Warning. These protein chicken taquitos disappear FAST. Crispy on the outside, creamy and cheesy inside, and packed with flavour. This easy recipe is your new go-to for a quick dinner or next-level entertaining.




🛒 INGREDIENTS:

  • Tortillas, homemade or store-bought

  • 320 g @dorsognasmallgoods Sliced Chicken

  • Cottage cheese

  • High protein grated cheese

  • Salsa

  • Fresh coriander, chopped

  • Green chilli, chopped


For the dip:

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 tbsp mayo

  • 1 to 2 tbsp salsa

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • Fresh coriander


👩‍🍳 STEP BY STEP:

  1. Mix the cottage cheese, grated cheese, salsa, coriander, and green chilli in a bowl until smooth and well combined.

  2. Warm the tortillas slightly so they stay soft and do not crack when rolled.

  3. Spread the cheesy mixture over each tortilla.

  4. Add 3 slices of chicken to each one.

  5. Roll them up tightly into crispy taquitos.

  6. Cook them in the oven or air fryer until golden, bubbling, and crispy.

  7. Blend the avocado, mayo, salsa, lime juice, and coriander until smooth and creamy.

  8. Serve hot with the dip on the side, extra coriander on top, and lime wedges for that fresh kick.
