Four D’Orsogna products recognised by the Australian Meat Industry Council

Four D’Orsogna products have been recognised at the 2026 Australian Charcuterie Excellence Awards, presented by the Australian Meat Industry Council, a national program that benchmarks quality across the smallgoods industry.


The awards, judged by industry specialists, assess products on flavour, texture, appearance and overall consistency, recognising excellence across a wide range of categories. D’Orsogna received two Gold Medals and two National Silver Medals across both traditional and continental smallgoods categories.


Gold Medal winners

  • Pepperoni 150g, awarded in the Traditional Salami category

  • Australian Premium Ham Off The Bone Bulk, awarded in the Leg Ham Boneless category


National Silver Medal winners

  • Chorizo 250g, recognised in the Continental Smallgoods category

  • Tasty Sticks Mild 400g, recognised in the Continental Smallgoods category



Presented annually by the Australian Meat Industry Council, the Australian Charcuterie Excellence Awards are considered one of the industry’s most established measures of product performance and craftsmanship. These results reflect the care and consistency behind every product D’Orsogna brings to the table across Australia.
