Vouchers are redeemable at the D’Orsogna Butcher Shop at Cnr Stock Road and Leach Hwy, Palmyra, WA 6157. You can check opening hours here.

Vouchers may be presented in printed or digital format. Each voucher will have a unique identification number, a fixed value, and an expiry date up to three (3) years from the issue date. No exceptions will be made — vouchers cannot be used after expiry.

D’Orsogna reserves the right to refuse any damaged voucher or one whose identification number or expiry date is illegible.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Gift vouchers may be used towards goods of a higher value, provided the difference is paid using any accepted payment method.

No change will be made to any transaction. The total value of the voucher must be used in full, and no remaining balance can be carried over for future purchases.

Only one voucher may be used per customer, per transaction, unless the voucher forms part of a larger value set.

Gift vouchers will not be replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen.

D’Orsogna reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
